I love ‘babywearing’! Basically this means that we’ve managed without using the buggy since she was about 6 months old; instead I use a range of bought and home-made/customised carriers and slings. I love how easy it is to get around when you don’t have a clunky set of wheels to lug about, and how much she ‘chats’ to people when she’s up on my back and can see everything around her.

I’ve customised baby wraps by cutting or dying them, and made a Mei Tai and a Pouch carrier. Here’s where you can find posts about all my DIY escapades related to babywearing.
