I like to use scraps of random fabrics and clothes to make random pretty things using my own rather slapdash approach to patchwork. I’ve never been taught ‘proper’ patchworking techniques so I’m no expert – I just love the way you can use simple sewing methods to build up something that is completely unique and looks amazing!

Also included in this section is anything “Franken-” … basically, anything I’ve made by chopping up lots of other things and ‘upcycling’ them into a whole new creation with a life of it’s own! I love this type of project because you get to reuse well-loved-but-abandoned things and make them beautiful and adored again.
